- 4 Big Potatoes (Finger cutting)
- Salt
- Oil for frying

- 1/2 medium sized onion
- 1/2 medium sized capsicum
- Few jalapeños
- Few olives (round cut)
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Sauces
- Pizza sauce
- Spicy Mayo
- Ranch
- Bbq Sauce
- Thousand Island (optional)
Instructions to make to make Pizza Fries
- Cut chicken breast into small chunks. Pour oil in pan and add chicken cubes. Fry little bit and add salt, chili flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and Italian seasoning and fry it. It takes 10-15 mins to cook. Keep aside.
- Cut potatoes like french fries and fry it.
- Cut onions, tomatoes, capsicum, jalapeños and olives. Keep aside
- Keep all the sauces on the counter.
- Now it's an assembling time: Take a dish/platter, spread first layer of fries and pour Pizza sauce.
- Add all chicken then bar b que sauce and ranch
- Add all vegetables onion, capsicum, tomatos, jalapeños and olives
- Pour spicy Mayo on the top and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle some more Italian seasoning.
- Put in the microwave oven for 3 mins and out delicious Pizza fries is ready.
- Serve with Tabasco and crushed pepper.
