  16. 250 grms boneless chicken

  18. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1 tsp garlic chilli sauce
  20. 1 tsp soya sauce
  21. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  22. 200 grms pepperoni
  23. 300 grms mozzarella cheese
  24. 100 grms cheddar cheese
  25. 1/2 cup capsicum
  26. 1/2 cup onion cut
  27. 1/4 cup olives

Instructions to make to make Jumbo pizza

  1. Take flour and add salt, baking powder, sugar, yeast and mix well.
  2. Add olive oil and mix well. Add enough water and knead a sticky dough.
  3. Knead dough very well. Add water little by little. Add oil to a flat plate and transfer dough to the plate and knead very well.
  4. Transfer it toa greased bowl and cover with a cling film and rest to rise for 2 hours.
  5. Mean while we can fry chicken. Cut into bite size pieces. Add the red chilli, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, garam masala. And mix well and fry in 1 tbsp oil.
  6. After 2 hours punch the dough. Make the sauce by adding tomato ketchup,oregano, carom seeds, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper.
  7. Grease a tray and add place the dough in between and spread with your palms. And keep for another half hour to rise.
  8. Make border on sides and prick with fork all over. Apply sauce all over.
  9. Sprinkle some cheese and add toppings. I have used onion, capsicum,olives, chicken, pepperoni. Lastly add both cheese.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 mins. When ready add some sauce and enjoy.
