Steps to make to make Pizza Bomb

  1. 🌻Dough: In a measuring cup, combine the yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup lukewarm milk mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the flour, salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre then add olive oil and yeast mixture and stir into the dry ingredients.
  2. Knead with your hands until the dough forms a smooth, soft ball, about 5-6 minutes. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave at room temperature until doubled in size, this takes about 2 hours.
  3. 🌻For Chicken: Cut the chicken breast in cubes and marinate with the ingredients listed above. Keep for 2-3 hours. Grill it and then chop into smaller pieces.
  4. 🌻ASSEMBLE: Roll out the dough and cut into 3 by 3 inch squares. Gently move each square into greased muffin or tart tin. Fill each with a pizza sauce, chopped chicken, chopped green chillies and finally mozzarella cheese. Gently fold the tops to close. Place the rolls folded side facing down.
  5. Brush with butter and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top. Bake at 190°C / 370°F. for 12-14 minutes until the top gets the golden brown colour.
